Bush Lawyers Argue Veterans Not Entitled to Mental Health Care

The Bush Administration is arguing in court that veterans have no legal right to specific types of medical care. This, in response to a class action law suit accusing the government of illegally denying mental health treatment to Iraq and Afghanistan War Veterans.

In papers filed last week at the US District Court in San Francisco, lawyers for the VA wrote federal law establishes "veterans' eligibility for health care, but it does not create an entitlement to any particular medical service."

Veterans must received a mental health care. Can you imagine our life or country if the veterans did not fight for our freedom? Some of them that because of the war acquired mental sickness.
